Welcome to Lux Haven Stays. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only after the required deposit or payment has been received.

• Full payment must be made before check-in, unless otherwise agreed.

• Any additional charges (e.g., damages, extended stays) must be paid before departure.

• Cancellations made 3 days before check-in are eligible for a full/partial refund.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after cancellation approval.

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must adhere to all house rules and maintain the cleanliness of the property.

• Any damages to the property, furniture, or amenities will be charged to the guest.

• No unauthorized guests or subletting is allowed.

• Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.

• Personal data collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.

• No smoking inside the premises.

• No loud music or parties that may disturb neighbors.

• Illegal activities or violations of local laws will result in immediate eviction.

• Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. If found, they will be reported to the authorities.

• Lux Haven Stays is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.

• In case of emergencies, guests must follow the emergency protocols provided.

Lux Haven Stays reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
