Booking & Check - In

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — just let us know in advance via WhatsApp.
Yes, 100%. We only accept family bookings. We do not accept bachelor groups or mixed groups without families. This policy exists to protect the comfort, safety, and privacy of all our guests — especially families with children and women traveling.
We accept bank transfers (all major Pakistani banks), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and international transfers via Wise or bank wire for overseas guests. For direct bookings, payment is typically made in advance to confirm the reservation. We do not charge credit card processing fees on direct bookings.
Direct bookings receive a flexible cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit one night’s stay. For special circumstances (medical emergencies, flight cancellations), we handle each case individually and are generally very accommodating — just contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp.

Is parking available? Is it free?
Yes — dedicated, covered parking is included with every booking at no extra charge. You do not need to worry about street parking or parking fees. The parking area is within the gated compound and is monitored by security 24/7.
Yes — fully equipped. Every apartment has a complete kitchen with: stovetop hob, microwave, full refrigerator, kettle, toaster, complete cookware set, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and basic pantry staples (tea, coffee, oil, salt). You can cook full meals comfortably. This is one of the main reasons families prefer us over hotels, especially for longer stays.
We have high-speed fibre internet — typically 50–100 Mbps, more than sufficient for remote work, streaming, and video calls. WiFi is complimentary and the password is provided at check-in. We also have a backup connection to ensure near-100% uptime.
Our standard apartments sleep 4–5 guests comfortably across 2 bedrooms. The Royal Suite and Tropical Suite can accommodate up to 5 guests. For larger family groups (6+), please contact us directly — we can sometimes arrange adjacent units or alternative configurations.
Yes — complimentary housekeeping is included for stays of 3+ nights (every 3 days). For shorter stays, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request.

Yes! Airport pickup from Allama Iqbal International Airport is available at a nominal rate for all direct bookings. Please arrange at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp and share your flight details.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes! Extended stay discounts are available exclusively for direct bookings: 5% off for 7+ nights, 10% off for 14+ nights, 15% off for 21+ nights, and 20% off for 30+ nights. These cannot be combined with platform promotions and are only available when you book directly with us — not via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms.
Direct booking gives you significant advantages: 10% discount on the base rate, free airport pickup on 3+ night stays, a welcome hamper on arrival, flexible cancellation terms, faster personal communication (WhatsApp within 15 minutes), and access to our extended stay discount tiers. Platforms like Airbnb add 15–18% to the price in service fees — those savings go back to you when you book direct.
